While we strive for accuracy in our AI-powered receipt scanning, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for tax or accounting purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScanDaddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
